Acesta se adreseaz\u0103 celor \u00een pozi\u021bii de CEO sau din echipa de top management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>C\u00e2nd am f\u0103cut acest program, \u00een 2013, profesorul nostru, Manfred Kets de Vries, ne povestea c\u00e2t de greu este s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 executivi femei.<br>\u00ce\u0219i dorea s\u0103 aib\u0103 o grup\u0103 echilibrat\u0103 din punct de vedere gen. Am fost 4 femei \u00een acel an, din 21 de participan\u021bi. Vorbesc des cu profesorul meu \u0219i mereu spune c\u0103 situa\u021bia nu s-a schimbat: nu sunt suficiente femei \u00een pozi\u021bii de top management.<br>(\u2026)<br>Care este problema, de fapt? E bine s\u0103 o formul\u0103m corect. Nu cred c\u0103 este vorba despre a stabili cote de gen, despre a promova sau alege pe cineva cu orice pre\u021b.
