Nici un alt detaliu\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201dIar? Altul? \u0218i la \u00eenceput de septembrie! \u0102\u0219tia nu \u0219tiu c\u0103 vine bugetul?! Acum, imediat dup\u0103 vacan\u021b\u0103, c\u00e2nd sunt at\u00e2tea de f\u0103cut!!&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cam asta \u00eemi trecea prin minte la momentul acela. Apoi am aflat c\u0103 va fi \u00een Grecia, la Dephi.<br \/>\nGrecia?! Delphi?! OK, m\u0103car asta pare interesant, altfel dec\u00e2t p\u00e2n\u0103 acum!<br \/>\nCum timpul zboar\u0103, a venit foarte repede momentul training-ului \u0219i totul p\u0103rea altfel.<\/p>\n<p>Echipa de trainer-i de la Interact o \u0219tiam de la alte evenimente organizate \u00eempreun\u0103: oameni frumo\u0219i, cu mintea deschis\u0103, cu mult umor \u0219i \u00een acela\u0219i timp cu sim\u021bul realit\u0103\u021bii.<br \/>\nAtmosfera era una relaxat\u0103, parc\u0103 de vacan\u021b\u0103, dar \u0219i cu o tent\u0103 serioas\u0103 &#8211; doar eram acolo \u201dtop of the top\u201d &#8211; din companie!<br \/>\n\u0218i am \u00eenceput a c\u0103l\u0103tori\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Cum lucrurile sunt f\u0103cute de oameni, noi, ca manageri de companie, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd suntem persoane care conducem \u0219i form\u0103m oameni.<br \/>\n\u0218i cum \u0219i noi suntem tot oameni avem \u0219i noi sl\u0103biciuni, temeri, emo\u021bii.<br \/>\n\u00cen general, prin natura jobului, suntem preocupa\u021bi s\u0103 facem lucuri, s\u0103 \u00eempingem evenimentele s\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2mple, s\u0103 fim conduc\u0103torul de \u201doaste\u201d, deschiz\u0103torul de drumuri, mai pu\u021bin predispu\u0219i sau dispu\u0219i c\u0103tre introspec\u021bie \u0219i autoanaliz\u0103, poate \u0219i din cauza faptului c\u0103 nu ne acord\u0103m mult timp noua \u00een\u0219ine.<\/p>\n<p>Cum ne transpunem propria personalitate \u00een organiza\u021bie? Cum ac\u021bion\u0103m \u0219i reac\u021bion\u0103m \u00een situa\u021bii dificile sau delicate? Cum lu\u0103m decizii? Cum ne gestion\u0103m emo\u021bille \u0219i c\u00e2t de subtili \u0219tim s\u0103 fim? Ce impact avem asupra oamenilor cu care lucr\u0103m? C\u00e2t de aten\u021bi reu\u0219im s\u0103 fim la emo\u021biile \u0219i reac\u021bile celor din jur? C\u00e2t de sinceri suntem cu noi \u00een\u0219ine? Cum gestion\u0103m o criz\u0103, un conflict? C\u00e2t de singuri ne sim\u021bim acolo \u201dsus\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Ei bine, \u00een aceast\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103torie, am c\u0103utat \u00eempreun\u0103 cu echipa de trainer-i r\u0103spunsuri la acestea \u0219i nu numai.<br \/>\nCum nu o avem la dispozi\u021bie pe Pythia, pentru a ne \u00eendruma spre cea mai bun\u0103 decizie \u00een munca noastr\u0103, e bine s\u0103 punem \u00een practic\u0103 ceea ce scrie pe frontispiciul templului din Delphi : \u201dCunoa\u0219te-te pe tine \u00eensu\u021bi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aici, \u00een cele dou\u0103 zile ale c\u0103l\u0103toriei, ne-am g\u0103sit timpul s\u0103 fim doar cu noi \u0219i s\u0103 ne r\u0103spundem la c\u00e2t mai multe \u00eentreb\u0103ri despre noi \u0219i despre felul cum ac\u021bion\u0103m \u0219i reac\u021bion\u0103m.<\/p>\n<p>Este o c\u0103l\u0103torie care te oblig\u0103 s\u0103 fii sincer cu tine \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi pui \u00eentreb\u0103ri, o c\u0103l\u0103torie pe care to\u021bi cei care conducem \u0219i form\u0103m oameni ar trebui s\u0103 o facem m\u0103car o dat\u0103.
