S\u0103 fim serio\u0219i \u2013 interven\u021bie de dezvoltare cu focus pe sine?? S\u0103 nu mai investim \u00eentr-un alt program de dezvoltare cu focus principal pe nevoile companiei? Ei bine da, de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103, propunerea era s\u0103 investim \u00eentr-un program cu focus \u2018pe sine\u2019!<\/p>\n<p>Bine, bine, ve\u021bi spune, \u0219i cum s\u0103 vinzi un astfel de program c\u0103tre general management? Cum s\u0103 determini organiza\u021bia s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u00eentr-un program care nu mai \u021bine cont, \u00een principal, de nevoile de business, ci mai degrab\u0103 de nevoile de dezvoltare personal\u0103? Cu pu\u021bin\u0103 imagina\u021bie \u0219i mult efort, se poate demonstra \u00een mod clar c\u0103 un leader care se cunoa\u0219te mai \u00eent\u00e2i pe sine, poate ulterior s\u0103 se concentreze pe mai buna coeziune a echipei pe care o conduce, devine mai empatic la nevoile celor din jur, \u0219i de ce nu, mai creativ \u00een modul de gestionare a diverselor interven\u021bii strategice \u00een organiza\u021bia pe care o conduce. \u00cen fapt, poate duce la cre\u0219terea rezultatelor de business.<\/p>\n<p>Totul la acest program era foarte bine g\u00e2ndit \u0219i pus la punct \u2013 de la locul propus pentru \u2018pelerinaj\u2019 \u2013 un loc cu o simbolistic\u0103 aparte \u2013 Delphi \u2013 templul lui Apollo, la diversele situa\u021bii la care s\u0103 fie expus\u0103 echipa participant\u0103, \u0219i, de ce nu, la crearea unui context de business, pentru c\u0103 nu uit\u0103m nici un moment c\u0103 suntem \u00eentr-o c\u0103l\u0103torie de introspec\u021bie, \u00eens\u0103 o c\u0103l\u0103torie care are un pretext, iar acela trebuie totu\u0219i legat de business.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103 ne \u00een\u021belegem, un astfel de program poate func\u021biona \u00een cadrul unei echipe unde exist\u0103 \u00eencredere \u00eentre membrii acesteia, \u0219i unde nu exist\u0103 team\u0103 de expunere; este excelent pentru cei care doresc s\u0103 porneasc\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103torie interioar\u0103, \u0219i \u00een acela\u0219i timp, s\u0103 se bucure \u0219i de o activitate care poate ajuta la sudarea echipei.<\/p>\n<p>Efortul coach-ilor pe parcursul acestui program este enorm, de\u0219i poate p\u0103rea ca o plimbare \u00een parc (\u00een acest caz, la Delphi), ei nu au nici o clip\u0103 liber\u0103, fiecare moment trebuie exploatat ca o posibil\u0103 ac\u021biune de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Este ca atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eei pui o oglind\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103 leaderului \u0219i \u00a0\u00eel la\u0219i s\u0103 aleag\u0103 ce dore\u0219te s\u0103 vad\u0103. \u00cens\u0103 pe parcursul celor dou\u0103 zile \u0219i jum\u0103tate, c\u00e2t dureaz\u0103 programul, oglinda este acolo, pentru fiecare dintre participan\u021bi. Unii pot alege s\u0103 o ignore, al\u021bii s\u0103 ia \u00een considerare doar ce le place s\u0103 vad\u0103, iar al\u021bii vor cu adev\u0103rat s\u0103 devin\u0103 mai buni, \u0219i atunci sunt interesa\u021bi de fiecare aspect care conteaz\u0103!<\/p>\n<p>Privind retrospectiv, cred c\u0103 unul din cele mai memorabile evenimente a fost \u00eens\u0103\u0219i c\u0103l\u0103toria la Delphi, modul \u00een care a fost ea gestionat\u0103 de coach, cu opririle planificate pe drum \u0219i momentele de reflec\u021bie\/introspec\u021bie. Locurile alese pentru toate momentele speciale ale programului sunt absolut minunate, r\u0103m\u00e2n pe veci \u00een memorie! Iar de aici, p\u00e2n\u0103 la a alege ce vrei s\u0103 devii, nu este dec\u00e2t un pas \u2013 pe care po\u021bi decide s\u0103 \u00eel faci. Sau nu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ce\u021bi mul\u021bumesc Georgeta Dendrino pentru minunata experien\u021b\u0103 ce ne-ai oferit-o!
