Nu credeam, totu\u0219i, c\u0103 r\u0103spunsul meu ar putea veni dintr-o analiz\u0103 semantic\u0103 sau de sintax\u0103. Am \u00eenceput s\u0103 m\u0103 \u00eentreb totu\u0219i, dac\u0103, de cele mai multe ori c\u00e2nd am auzit expresii similare de la manageri, inten\u021bia exprimat\u0103 \u00een spatele lui \u201dtrebuie\u201d era legat\u0103 de necesitate, de obliga\u021bie sau doar persuasiune. \u0218i am ajuns la concluzia c\u0103 e mai pu\u021bin relevant. Reac\u021biile dispar la fel de repede precum au ap\u0103rut , evident eu glumeam, iar oamenii revin \u00een prezent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exist\u0103 reflexe create de cuvinte, de un anumit ton \u0219i de surs\u0103, autoritatea. Iar c\u00e2nd aceste trei condi\u021bii se \u00eentrunesc, \u00eentr-un \u201dtrebuie\u201d de exemplu ele trezesc st\u0103ri puternice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0218i cred c\u0103 mai e ceva. Atunci c\u00e2nd ne trezim noi, \u00een pozi\u021bie de autoritate, c\u00e2nd lucrurile se complic\u0103, c\u00e2nd ne pas\u0103, c\u00e2nd ne e team\u0103, c\u00e2nd vrem ca lucrurile s\u0103 mearg\u0103 bine sau a\u0219a cum credem noi c\u0103 e bine, parc\u0103 \u00eencepem s\u0103 c\u00e2nt\u0103m cu to\u021bii melodia asta a lui Mono Jacks ca \u00eentr-un cor \u00een care se aud vocile p\u0103rin\u021bilor, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103torilor , profesorilor sau primilor \u0219efi din via\u021ba noastr\u0103. \u0218i nu mai e doar despre cuvinte, despre \u201dtrebuie s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103\u201d, \u201dface\u021bi cum v\u0103 spun eu\u201d sau \u201dde c\u00e2te ori s\u0103 mai zic?\u201d.
