Citesc foarte multe articole, \u00een presa local\u0103 sau cea str\u0103in\u0103, despre demotivarea din ce \u00een ce mai mare a oamenilor pentru ceea ce fac, pentru organiza\u0163ie, pentru managerii direc\u0163i \u015fi pentru strategia lor etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dar despre cum s\u0103 facem ca managerii s\u0103-\u015fi men\u0163in\u0103 nivelul de engagement ridicat atunci c\u00e2nd au de-a face cu angaja\u0163i demotiva\u0163i, indiferent de c\u00e2te oportunit\u0103\u0163i li s-ar oferi, de ce nu vorbim? \u201cP\u0103i, e treaba lor de manageri s\u0103 fac\u0103 asta, s\u0103 se preocupe constant de oamenii din echipa lor\u201d, ar spune unii. Adev\u0103rat, dar doar p\u00e2n\u0103 la un punct.
