<p><span style="color: #ff0066;"><strong><a href="http://i-interact.eu/thinkonyourfeet.php"><span style="color: #ff0066;">Think on Your Feet<sup>®</sup></span></a></strong></span>, nominalizat la <strong>Programul de Training al anului 2011</strong> face parte din pachetul de programe de training dedicate comunicarii oferit de INTERACT si este un adevarat succes. Cursul contine metode care iti antreneaza mintea in utilizarea unei comunicari structurate si cuprinde sase planuri cu ajutorul carora se poate realiza o comunicare convingatoare, invatand tehnici pentru a face fata intrebarilor dificile si modalitati de a adauga impact comunicarii orale.</p>
<p>Nominalizarea obtinuta in urma chestionarelor completate de  top manageri, manageri de resurse umane, training manageri, HR specialisti la categoria <strong>Compania de consultanta a anului 2011</strong> subliniaza pozitia de top a INTERACT pe piata de training si consultanta.</p>

<p>Cursul i-a pus pe participanti in posturi inedite &#8211; de manageri generali, manageri de productie, manageri de vanzari sau manageri financiari. Participantii au avut de elaborat strategii de dezvoltare, de pregatit bugete, de prezentat rezultatele obtinute si de justificat performanta organizatiei. Au luat decizii strategice si apoi au analizat impactul acestora in piata, in contul de profit si pierdere si in bilantul companiei.</p>

<p>Acum, cred ca e bine ca aceasta sa fie o stare mentala a noastra, o preocupare, de fapt, de a pune sub semn de intrebare starea curenta. Mai mult decat oricand cred ca e important sa avem aceasta atitudine.</p>
<p>Doar preocuparea noastra mentala de a fi in pas cu vremurile, pentru a face fata incertitudinii, ar avea sansa de a ne salva.</p>
<p>Ma gandesc cum se aplica asta in training, domeniul in care firma mea activeaza. Printre principiile invatarii la adulti,  se afla o regula de baza:  aceea de a le spune cursantilor care este agenda, despre ce veti vorbi, ca sa stie la ce sa se astepte. Recent, am dat startul unui workshop, fara sa-i prezint agenda.  Am anuntat doar scopul final si am prevenit participantii ca succesul acelui workshop va depinde de fiecare in parte.  A doua zi, am avut cateva voci care s-au plans de lipsa agendei. Fair enough, as fi zis in 2009. Astazi, nu. Daca nu esti suficient de deschis si tolerant sa faci fata “incertitudinii” dintr-un workshop (generata de lipsa agendei), cum vei supravietui urmatorilor ani? Pentru ca un lucru este sigur: totul in jur devine din ce in ce mai nesigur, mai impalpabil.</p>
<p>Devine greu sa faci planuri de business si sa le urmezi “á la lettere”. E absolut necesar sa ai flexibilitate mentala, preocuparea mentala de a pune sub semn de intrebare situatia curenta in mod frecvent.</p>
<p>Poate, Camus a vrut sa dea alte conotatii frazei lui, dar&#8230; . Á bon entendeur, salut.</p>
